Hi Jason, From the log file, we see similar issue with Mantis 0000851. (https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=851) The incorrect audio library results in RCU disconnected. It is already fixed in v17.520.5. Please use new version and check again. hi kerwin. it happen same issnue in v17.520.5 During BMT. It is a urgent issue. skb qa engineer paired with BMM_BT11 yesterday on live channel. but today it is unpaired this morning. please see a log.. it is a urgent issue. since skb bmt finish until tomorrow. |

Hi Jason, Kerwin is out of office today. I checked the log. And the "incorrect audio library results in RCU disconnect" issue is not fixed completely. It will still cause audio hal service crash when RCU disconnects or reconnects. Would you like to have a new image for testing? |

HI Kerwin case Smart3, also happen same issue in BMT . This issue happen in Remote/Movon RCU both. but movon RCU issue ration is higher than Remot solution. please check whether if it is equal to upper issue or not. Before it, log showed ###remoconisConnected : true”. hi kerwin leave some comment from RCU company after connecting to the A2DP Proxy Object it is shown a message which is 'bta_gattc_mark_bg_conn_unable to find the bg connection mask for xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx' . after it, if it is unpaired, stb dind't pairing RCU again. let me know below error message. bta_gattc_mark_bg_conn_unable to find the bg connection mask Thanks |

Hi Jason, Although we include a fix in audio HAL, there is still a timing issue in BT stack. This is why RCU vendor see "terminated by local host, 0x0016" error. It is fixed in v15.520.8 release, please verify again. Thanks! |

hi kerwin there is no happen same issue in v15.520.8. although we didn't same logic in v17.520.6, SKB BMT don't find same issue. but we have to apply it later. anyway, this ticket is closed. |

hi kerwin I also receive a report from RCU Company. Also this issue happen in Smart3 box with BRM_BA02. a disconnected RCU issue happen via timeout. 1. frame 1,947,738 : RCU response as empty packet. as renewal as NESN,SN of frame 1,947,738, STB received empty packet of RCU(1,947,738). Please see RCU_Empty.jpg 2.
